Yes. The Action is MIT-licensed and runs in your own GitHub Actions minutes. We do not gate features behind paid tiers. If the Action is enough for your team, it stays enough forever.

No. FlagShark reads your repo's code (deterministic AST analysis), not your flag vendor's production traffic. We can detect stale flags purely from code patterns. You can plug in your vendor's API later for richer signals, but it's optional.

You can still install the Action on additional repos for free. Only the SaaS dashboard view is gated. So your engineers don't get locked out. Only the org-wide aggregation does.

FlagShark is conservative: if we can't safely propose a removal (e.g. the flag is referenced in a runtime expression, or it appears in a config file we can't reason about), we say nothing. Better to miss a stale flag than open a PR that breaks prod. Every removal PR is yours to review and merge. We don't auto-merge anything.
